How We Work with You

Getting To Know You & Your Financial Planning Needs

We have found, over many years of working with clients, that the best approach is to meet our clients face-to-face. Meeting in person helps us both to better understand each other: what you want and what we can offer. It helps build rapport and trust and is at the foundation of building a long-term relationship.

Our advisors based in London, Oxford, Brighton and the Southwest recommend meeting you at your home or workplace. We’d also be happy to welcome you to our main office in Oxford. Of course, we can also offer to meet you remotely via video conference, if that is more convenient for you.”

Building A Long Term Financial Planning Relationships

It’s important to us that we establish long-term relationships with our clients, and we therefore very rarely offer a service of one-off ad hoc advice.

There are 4 stages to building a lasting relationship with you:

  • We want to understand you and your financial goals. In the first instance, we offer a free consultation to assess your needs and objectives.
  • If we can help, we will construct a Financial Planning Report detailing our initial thoughts and recommendations.
  • Implementing your financial plan. We will put everything in place for you.
  • We review your circumstances and financial goals on an ongoing basis and are there whenever you may need us.
